A full data migration would include the following:
- Patient Demographics
- Charts
- Medications
- Problems
- Allergies
- Immunizations
- Scanned Documents
- Procedures
- Lab Results
- Encounter Notes
The amount of data that can be migrated is driven by your legacy EMR vendor and your new EMR vendor. Some legacy EMR vendors won’t provide all of the data above and therefore it cannot be migrated. On the other hand, we can only migrate data that the new EMR vendor will allow us to import.
