Many practices have one system for billing and another for clinical data. Whether you have 1, 2, or even 3 systems, we can handle your data migration. We prefer to have a unique chart number between the systems so we can easily match and merge data with 100% confidence, but if you don’t we can use other unique attributes like Patient Name, SSN, and DOB. If we are not 100% confident of the match, we omit it to avoid a HIPAA violation.
