Making a Difference in the Healthcare Space
Our story was born out of a passion for the marriage of technology and problem solving. Capitalizing on over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, our founder, Matt Hoenig, cultivated a love of helping others via technology. So, in 2012, inspired by data challenges and problem solving, he built a team of individuals who share the same core values – hard work, passion, and determination to transform the way the world conducts business by leveraging technology.
Since the launch of MDH Insight, a culture has developed that sets the tone for everything that we do. Our EMR data migrations are rooted in an unwavering desire to help others. Through the efforts of every single team member, we play an essential role in transforming the electronic medical records software industry. In doing so, MDH Insight remains resolute in our daily efforts to truly make a difference in the healthcare space.
At MDH Insight:

- We are able to pull data in most cases without involving the legacy EMR vendor.
- We are experts at extracting data from systems we haven’t seen before. We can usually determine if we can get the data within 30 minutes or less.
- We are data experts as far as analyzing, transforming, and cleansing to prepare it for the new system.
- We work with ALL database formats (MySQL, SQL Server, Microsoft Access, PostgreSQL, Sybase, Advantage).
- We are great at analyzing a database structure, figuring out where the data is, and relating it all together properly to output the data we need.
- We have 20+ years of data/database experience allowing us to deliver the data to the new EMR vendor in whatever format they require.
- We have programmers on staff that can build custom programs to import data into EMR systems using API’s or other means.
